The price

The jewelries that we offer to you are made by gold, silver and stainless steal. Because the prices of those materials are fluctuate, to make sure the price you can call us by e-mail. The details of the price can be noticed from materials price + the pearl + production fees. We hope those components above can give you a conception about the real price of the jewelries that we offer to you so that the price that we offer to you extremely thrifty and competitive.

Ordering the goods

We not limit the minimum and the maximum amount of ordering, but ordering in large amount will give benefit for you from shipping cost point of view.

Cancellation order

The order can be canceled before the payment is transferred to our saving account. If the money has transferred, so the order cannot be canceled.

Delivery cost

The jewelry price is not including shipping cost yet. The shipping cost becomes customer’s responsibility. For safety reason the jewelries that have ordered will get assurance, it is depend on the goods value and the fee is as surcharge. And also the shipping cost of the goods exchange become customer’s responsibility.

Mistaken address

Making mistaken in giving address to us and causing the goods cannot be received is out of our responsibility.

Time of delivery (Indonesia)

We will send your order soon if the stock of goods are available. The orders that have ready for send will need 14 days (maximum) are counted from the first payment. If the stock is empty, we will make it first and it will need 30 days (maximum) for goods making and delivery or for making the process faster we will change with other goods.

Payment

We not serve the payment yet by on-line. The payment can be down by directly transferring to one of our saving count bellow

Conversion / Restitution

If you want to return your order because out of order (caused by our mistaken) or because it is not accordance your order, you are required to call us and return the goods in 2 days (maximum) since the goods have received. If it has over limited, means that you agree for using those goods and we not receive for conversion and reversion.

Delivery cost for returning goods are responsible by the customers. In changing goods can be down only with the same kind of order. Delivery cost from / to us are completely customer’s responsibility. Make sure the goods that you will be returned / changed are using believable services enterprise where the process of sending can be guaranteed. We are not being responsible if there is out of order and loss during returning the goods.
